Reviews - Dead Men Walking
Live

I saw Dead Men Walking on the 4th November at the Cambridge Junction. When I first got the tickets I were sure what music they would play (but I took comfort that Glen Matlock was there). So when it came the day we went to the Junction and it was seating, so I thought oh god, are thThis is the poster I have signedey folk! Doors opened and we sat down, it took me about 5 minutes to realise that there wasn’t a drum kit! Or a bass guitar (but there was a Flying V Wing, which got my hopes up). When they started to play, they were a old skool punk band. They played some really cool songs like…

68 Guns, Story of the Blues, Sprit of '76, Do you Believe in the Westworld, Never Take me Alive, and Pretty Vacant

You may recognize some of these, that’s because Dead Men Walking are made up of: - Pete Wylie (Might Wah!) Kirk Brandon (Spear of Destiny) Mike Peters (The Alarm) and Glen Matlock (Sex Pistols). There was a signing (well, them lot walking around the pub doing it). And I kicked a tour poster from the wall and go them all to sign it, which was the highlight of the concert. They were very good live, they music was very clear (and very loud) so they get a respectable 8.5/10
